The hour-long program provides the information you need to better manage your personal health information. Topics include:

• how to access your medical record
• your privacy rights
• starting a personal health record (PHR)

A presentation on personal health records is an effective way to educate your organization whether it’s a senior center, cancer support group or local chapter of a health advocacy group. A Community Education Coordinator (CEC) will present important PHR information and engage your group through anecdotes and thought-provoking questions about health care.
